the marriott..

hm i don't even know where to start. this week's been really err well spent i guess. prom week!! not like i was all that excited anyway. lol.

monday
hm left for orchard early in the morn.. went there n walked around with my sis first before meeting audrey n peizhi for prom shopping. peizhi got her dress before mon though -.- haha n she didnt realise it was from daniel yam. oh well. haha. hm. sigh peizhi's n my poor feet were aching from all the walking all due to the intense search for audrey's prom dress. poor us. haha jk. oh yeah we met deanna!! haha it was pretty funny actually. deanna was going up the escalator and heeren.. pei zhi n i were bout to go down..we already set foot on the escalator so when we saw deanna n tried to back up.. lol peizhi n i nearly fell.. haha. deanna really permed her hair!! lol. she went shopping on her own too.. she bought tonnes of stuff. oh well. heard she's going for some first aid course.. interesting. at least audrey finally got her dress..

tuesday
went orchard again.. this time with my mum n sis.. for prom shopping again. kinda rush since prom's on fri..shopped from bout 11am to 6pm.. my poor feet were dying. lol. but at least got wat i wanted to.

wednesday
i can't remember wat i really do on wed.. hm oh yeah had to go to sch in e morn to collect testimonial n results slip.. help jo-ann apply for schools since the girl's overseas. oh yeah had dental after that.. then played tennis at the club.. hm. let's just say a certain someone won't stop rattling on n on like a broken recorder. haha. ele n i share the exact same sentiments ;) played tennis till bout 9pm i think. yeah.

thursday
went to orchard again..this time met deanna outside my house to pass her her stuff.. then went to kembangan station to meet kwann. saw mingqing on e train while i was waiting.. hm. then went to lido to get the tickets for harry potter.. cant believe i watched it again. n kwann refused to treat me. hmph. hm walked around with kwann around wheelock.. then had a snack at lido.. before meeting ele.. then caught the movie. went shopping after that.. got some black nail polish.. but it isnt matte. so yeah. haha. younger sis got her results.. 266!!! 4 A*s n a distinction :) my elder sis's still 'unbeatable' though. bleah.

friday
prom day.. got up at 7+.. left the house to go get my hair done at storm.. hm took bout an hour to get it done.. serene kept twisting n twisting my hair it was kinda pain. n she sprayed glitter on it at the end lol. serene noticed i dyed my hair though.. oops. haha. hm after that took a train down to meet my mum n sisters at taka.. felt kinda weird walking around with my hair like that but it was interesting. haha. had lunch at ajisen.. then went up to the marriott.. my room was on the 23rd floor :) hung around the hotel for awhile.. before kwann came.. then i went down to tangs to get make up done at stila.. that took bout an hour n a half. the girl who was supposed to do my make up said my hair was nice. haha asked me how much i did it for. hm after that headed for prom..

wow everyone looked so glam. haha. anyway it was alright i guess. lol peizhi, audrey n i were nuts. halfway thru the dinner, we walked out n stood on the table outside to take a picture. omg. not like i wanted. but someone suggested so we could take the shot frm a different angle. lol we took it just in time.. yeah. haha. anyway mingying took part in the talent quest.. i thought she sang really really brilliantly.. :) the emcee was pretty bad. haha kwann n i were saying he looks like the bad guy in the movie anastacia. oh well. lol basically no one was listening to him.. till mdm hassan came on!! lol she was really goood. man we didnt even need to hire the emcee in the 1st place. haha.

oh wel after that, headed back to orchard.. went to lido to get tickets for late night movie.. zathura.. then rushed back to the hotel, changed n stuff then back to lido.. movie ended at bout 1 plus.. walked around a lil.. then watched abit of troy back at the hotel before sleeping.. was so tired. got up at bout 8am this morning.. lazed around before heading to scotts for lunch.. then checked out at bout 3pm.. yep. oh well it was pretty much a memorable grad night :).. prom pics hav been loaded onto webshots..

i've almost forgotten how's it like to ache. oh well now it's all come flooding back. aching so bad after trainings n limping around. hm. well thats wat im experiencing now.. just played the semi finals for the women open singles at the club today.. i was basically grimacing in pain everytime i tried to go for my shots. oh well. haha nvm la. at least i made the semi finals i guess... had no expectations since i havent played in weeks anyway. played two matches yesterday.. then had to play again.. bleah. i would hav gone shopping if my dearest partner didnt keep tellin me "don't pang seh me leh ida!!" haha aw well.

hm i'll just limp around orchard tomorrow.

AH AH AH AH AH. the o's are over.

oh man i've been longing to type that sentence since FOREVER. haha. ya know it hasnt really sunk in yet. after chem paper while ppl were screaming their lungs out i was kinda stoned. haha. dunno why.. hm i wasnt the only one at least. had loadsa fun with hx and audrey during dinner. haha omg it was so funny. esp the lady at pizza hut.. cos she kinda had to move our place due to reservations being made by someone else earlier.. she was so apologetic she just came n rattled on like "there's actually soup and pepsi and breadstix.. but nvm i won't charge you. that drink would cost a dollar more but i wont charge you" all 3 of us were just like stunned. haha.

oh well... bought some stuff after that.. thanks to audrey n hx :)... yeah and anyway caught harry potter. it was niceee. lol. pretty long movie though.. we were lookin for rebecca and lina.. rebecca's black painted nails!! lol. finally saw them AFTER the movie -.- haha. anyway it was lotsa fun with them.. esp the disgusting experience on the train. haha. hmmm.

POST O'S :
1) no more listenin to the annoying drilling going on near my home while my head throbs in rhythm with it.

2) no more lookin like a drug addict experiencin cold turkey. (hopefully) everyone's been lookin pretty spaced out n dazed.

3) no more having to stare at my younger sis longingly as she walks around the house doin nothin while i hav to TOUCH my bks.

4) no more having my elder sis drag me off the bed when i give into the temptation to nap.

5) no more having to rely on the radio to keep me awake.

6) no more having to wait outside the hall while seeing everyone clutching notes and seemingly talkin to themselves.

7) no more going without exercise!!

6) no more getting exam stress together with my sis. (both of us were kinda cranky.. poor younger sis had to endure our nuttiness..whee.)
